Breaking: Justin Haber resigns as PL councillor

The former footballer and Labour Party councillor for Floriana, Justin Haber has resigned.

The Maltese Herald has also been informed of details on a criminal case against Justin Haber. The press has been barred from reporting about the case.

Justin Haber’s resignation was announced after he was called to meet the Labour Party Deputy Leader for Party Affairs, Alex Agius Saliba.

Haber was last week found guilty of threatening to behead his sister. He was also involved in several cases of alleged fraud, as well as a restaurant business which went belly up.
