Matthias Azzopardi made a remarkable return to competition as he claimed victory at the MSSF Skeet Grand Prix 2025, held on Sunday. After a short competitive break, the young shooter demonstrated poise and precision to top the podium in what proved to be a tightly contested final.
Joining Azzopardi on the podium was Marlon Attard, who finished second overall. Attard, a consistent performer on both local and international stages, shot an impressive 120/125 in the qualification round—matching his score from the ISSF World Cup in Nicosia, Cyprus, earlier this May.
Clive Farrugia completed the podium, securing third place following a strong showing in both the qualifiers and final rounds.
