Here’s someone else who is unecumbered by freezing orders

Another prime example of someone seemingly unencumbered by the current law and enforcement regime on freezing orders is the disgraced ex-Premier Joseph Muscat, who, despite having a freezing order on his assets, is still able to conduct business, maintain a career in football, travel the world, and even take his friends along with him to exotic trips.

Joseph Muscat is currently in Court faces charges over the biggest alleged fraud a Maltese government committed, and Joseph Muscat can live his life as if he’s not actually accused of widespread and serial financial impropriety and corruption.

He’s even the President of Malta’s Professional Football Clubs Association.
