Alex Agius Saliba says Maltese abroad who damage their country spew a stench of sewage from their mouth

As always, an excellent progressive take by the Labour Party’s MEP Alex Agius Saliba. Apparently, there are Maltese abroad (potentially MEPs or others) who relish in damaging Malta on a daily basis.

He’s obviously referring to critics of the government, as these so-called individuals who supposedly damage Malta on a daily basis from abroad are merely a figment of Labour’s propagandistic imagination.

I also hope I got the translation right. His discourse is quite aligned with the current sentiment among Labour Party supporters that are celebrating the recent prohibitive Court sentence over the right to publish Yorgen Fenech’s chats.

This gentleman better check his facts and see the hundreds of Maltese living abroad always encouraging their contacts in the aviation, IT and fintech sectors to set up in Malta and putting them
In contact with Maltese entrepreneurs. As Mark Twain said “patriotism is supporting your country always but your government only when it deserves it”. My late grandfather Pawlu Boffa who resigned because a cook was undeservedly employed by Government would be disgusted with the post 2013 PL on their ethical and governance record.
