An article just came out in the latest edition of L’Espresso on newly created irregular Masonic lodges which include a Masonic lodge run by Simon Cusens. The article, written by Gabruiele Cruciata and Jessica Perra, states that Simon Cusens was deposed as Grand Master of The Sovereign Grand Lodge of Malta due to “circus-like and reckless management of cross-border Maltese lodges”.
Simon Cusens is building his own secret lodges with one of these lodges having members from Sardinia. He was embroiled in the Vitals fraud after selling his company to his employee Technoline which was then purchases by Vitals shareholders in what seems to be an insider deal, but he was never charged for it. His previous employee who bought the company, Ivan Vassallo, was charged along with many other over the Vitals fraud. You can read a report that we submitted to the police about Simon Cusens here, which also has the details about his case.
Simon Cusens has also opened libel proceedings against me and this website for our articles about him in relation to the Vitals fraud.
