Simon Cusens, a Freemason who collected up to €5 million for his company through the fraudulent Vitals deal, is now embroiled in yet another scandal, this time linked to his Freemason activities. He is the head of a Freemasonry group called the Sovereign Grand Lodge of Malta (SGLOM) which hosts as members many government officials.
Simon Cusens will soon be hosting a party for Turkish Freemasons at the Dragonara Hotel, but the Turks are not only his foreign connection in this murky world. Simon Cusens is being accused by a small Italian press outlet of being involved with an unregistered Freemason group in Italy called the “Flos Mundi”. Its members, are allegedly from Sardinia.
The issue here is that in Italy, it is illegal to have an unregistered Freemasonry group and Flos Mundi is being suspected of evading the law by acting as a sub-group of SGLOM.
We know about all of this because yesterday evening, Simon Cusens sent a very long and verbose message to his members complaining about the recent press reports and once again referring to this website as the “Inquisition”.
Note, that Simon Cusens stands for nothing. He is simply a greasy and shady character in the local business scene who benefitted from at least €5 million from a fraudulent public deal.
The controversy doesn’t end here though. Members at the SGLOM who spoke to me have said they have more serious concerns about Simon Cusens’ involvement with foreign groups including the fact the Simon Cusens is helping many of these foreigners buying properties in Malta whilst involving himself in multiple property deals. We also have names of companies Simon Cusens is involved with in these transactions but we are still verifying this information.
