I have been very calm and composed as Labour’s criminal establishment threw at me false and vexatious accusations for exposing crimes and conspiracies. I have also been excessively patient and went to great efforts to comply with the Courts and the law. However the attacks against us are increasing thanks to Judge Toni Abela’s politically and criminally-motivated and insidious sentence that prohibits the publication of chats that quote clearly expose a series of illegalities and corrupt acts by Labour politician and MP Rosianne Cutajar.
Yesterday in Parliament, Rosianne Cutajar accused me and my press of “terrorism” citing Judge Toni Abela’s corrupt sentence. Only in dictatorships like Russia and North Korea are journalists denigrated by being called terrorists. She didn’t have the courage to mention me by name, and she was cowardly enough to make her speech in Parliament under parliamentary privilege.
I never even approached, spoke to, and let alone threatened Rosianne Cutajar (she also lost a criminal case about this). There was only one instance when I spoke to Rosianne Cutajar during this saga and it was when she herself approached me and begged to sign a statement with her before she was to give up her libel case. She did this through an interlocutor. This was also not the first time that Rosianne Cutajar sent interlocutors to put pressure on me.
When she spoke to me, I was very polite and declined her offer. She begged and insisted and said that she is in a sorry state because she doesn’t even have a job – this was when the Labour Party had suspended her from the parliamentary group.
Now, she wants to use a criminal sentence by Judge to gaslight the nation and present herself as a victim. She’s not a victim. She is under police investigation which was prompted by the publication of the chats yet she is provided full privileges and protection by the State.
Judge Toni Abela ended his career by launching a direct attack against the press and appeasing organised criminals. The results are now for everyone to see.
I challenge Rosianne Cutajar to make her claims in public outside parliament and state quite clearly that I threatened her. She won’t do this because she knows she is lying and I would very easily win a libel case against her just like I won a libel case against the other criminal fraud Neville Gafa.
We at The Maltese Herald are fully committed to our project and we are here to stay. If the State takes repressive measures against us, we are willing to activate the Wikileaks option, and move all of our operations and registrations to a country that has no extradition treaty with Malta.
