Here’s a reminder of Rosianne Cutajar describing journalism as terrorism: and Judge Toni Abela agreed with her

When Judge Toni Abela called me a terrorist for publishing NuxellinaLeaks, he was not only attacking journalism but was also abetting and aiding one of the most well-documented and historic cover-ups in Maltese criminal history. In his constitutional judgment, Judge Abela used the same description that Rosianne Cutajar had used to describe the journalistic content about her: โ€œterrorism”.

Only a public inquiry would lay this matter to rest – or a Court that would adjudicate the behaviour of Commissioner Angelo Gafa and Attorney General Victoria Buttigieg during the course of the investigations on Rosianne Cutajar.

The aiding and abetting of this cover-up was systematic and very politically-driven: managed by the Office of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Justice. We are also aware of multiple lawyers involved with the Labour Party who were directly involved in this cover-up and this public secret is more widely known that it currently appears to be.

Given that there have been multiple individuals involved in this cover-up, and that the cover-up has been very well-documented, we are confident that whatever happens in Court – I will eventually be vindicated on the publication of NuxellinaLeaks and the more I am condemned for it with invective remarks by State representatives, terrorism or whatnot, the more the evidence grows that the state-cover-up has been systematic and also criminal in nature with those involved having broken the law by associating themselves with a criminal conspiracy.
