EXCLUSIVE: A criminal cover-up of historic proportions

Last year, we were informed that Police investigators had requested the declaration of assets of various Members of Parliament. Multiple investigators made multiple requests with regard to different MPs during different time periods. These requests involved a request for Clayton Bartolo’s declarations and another and separate request for the declarations of Rosianne Cutajar.

We were informed that Rosianne Cutajar was extensively investigated by multiple Police and Prosecutorial investigators over money-laundering, embezzlement of funds, tax evasion and fraud. The investigation was prompted by the publication of the chats between Rosianne Cutajar and Yorgen Fenech. We have been following the trail of this investigation and although there is an expansive investigation with a set number of defined charges, the investigation ended up on the desk of Police Commissioner Angelo Gafa with no updates taking place ever since.

We have been informed from very reliable sources that the declaration of assets of Rosianne Cutajar was meant to be used as evidence for her crimes due to the fact that she failed to register this contract and this income in her declaration of assets that she submitted to Parliament.ย  We know this because this investigation was one of the reasons which prompted the Prime Minister to withhold the publication of the declaration of assets of MPs. We were also informed that the chats published on this website were also meant to be used as evidence against Rosianne Cutajar for her criminal intent, particularly her comment “Jien ฤงa niฤกi alabiebi: Mhux kulฤงadd jitฤงanลผer?”.

Rosianne Cutajar was forced to resign from the Labour Party parliamentary group but was allowed to return after the Prime Minister decided to gradually give more space and influence in the Party to Joseph Muscat’s faction. Rosianne Cutajar is a Joseph Muscat loyalist who conspired with Yorgen Fenech when Muscat was in power. Yorgen Fenech is on trial on charges for commissioning the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia.

Rosianne Cutajar opened a libel case against me and gave up the libel case after the chats were published. She has, so far, avoided prosecution for her corruption and crimes while I have taken the full-burnt of the law and was even vexatious accused by the Court of jeaopordising a murder case. The Police have an ongoing investigation against me on the publication of the chats when their own top officials used the chats as primary evidence in a criminal investigation against a sitting Member of Parliament.

The convolution of justice may be difficult to explain, and it is easier to lie and say that justice is being served. However, at this stage, many people are gradually realising what has happened, and it will all soon unravel. This case is a major criminal cover-up of historic proportions and will prove that political cover-ups by the Police and the Attorney General have been carried out extensively and blatantly on a regular basis.
