At least one person was killed in Odessa during the night in just another senseless bombing by Russia on civilian apartment blocks in Ukraine. Ukraine is going through a blackout right now with most cities having electricity for just 1 or two hours per day maximum during current sub-zero temperatures.
A meeting took place on Friday between France’s Minister of Defence and the Ukrainian President in Kyiv as Russia bombed Ukrainian power plants including nuclear-energy facilities.
