Alex Agius Saliba takes an opportunity to hit out at Daphne Caruana Galizia

The Deputy Leader of the Labour Party, Alex Agius Saliba, has stooped low enough to use Francine Farrugia’s fraud case as an opportunity to attack Daphne Caruana Galizia and her legacy. He uploaded a photo of Francine Farrugia signing the visitor’s book of the Fondazione Falcone seat in Siġġiewei where she was a local councilor. Hanging above her are images of Daphne Caruana Galizia and Magistrates Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino – all victims of terrorism. Alex Agius Saliba is saying that somehow “exponents of the Nationaist Party” are defending Francine Farrugia’s actions – this is a blatant lie.

This is the kind of undignified disinformation that the press ahs to deal with in Malta where most of the press is government funded. Alex Agius Saliba has no qualms about blatantly lying in public and using victims of terrorism as mere props for his stupid partisan garbage.

Alex Agius Saliba is actually one of the staunchest defenders of Joseph Muscat: the only Prime Minister in history to have been charged in Court with having committed wide-scale, corruption, fraud and money-laundering while in office.

This is Alex Agius Saliba’s Labour: undignified, immoral, unprincipled and outright criminal.

    Why is little Tander the Labour Elve (if you know, you know) still using his estranged wife’s surname? She flew the coop ages ago now.

    There are loads of Labour trolls online trying to pin Farrugia’s alleged crime on the entire PN, and even the likes of Occupy Justice or anyone else they consider as ‘Daphne Supporters’.

    It’s quite disgusting, but even more so when it comes from this horrible, MEP-cum-MLP deputy leader. What a pathetic, sad little man.

    I would not pay much attention to what Agius Saliba says. Even fellow socialists in Europe and Spain from the area of my in-laws do not think much of him.

    The pot calling the kettle black. It is laughable how Labour have come out with all guns blazing – the party that has been in the news for an almighty thirteen years for all the wrong reasons. This country is leaderless, rudderless, the stench of corruption is overpowering, many have chosen illicit gains over a passion for fruitful work. We’ve failed in different sectors, notably education. Our sea is a dump. No-go areas like Paceville/St Julians. And labour want to be seen as saints? Leave it out. Malta is done and dusted. Curtains closed.

    One thing Alex Agius Saliba Said that the police have done s good job.
    Mr Saliba yes the police fone a good job with Francine, but the police and the AG did not done a good job when your king was summoned to court by a citation, snd not like Francine by an arrest warrant to escape bail not to be detained. A legge per tutti sur Saliba u thalatx il hass mat trasport publiku.( Bus) U il mejtin halijhom ha jistriehu fil paċi.

    The abuse is rampant in our country. We have people called persons of trust who are incompetent and paid double the salaries of the Prime Minister. Government Employees not doing their 40 hours work. Not even going to work. Abuse in overtime is galore according to National Auditors. Nothing is done to regularize. These run into millions of euros every month. Everyone knows about these serious abuses and nothing is done. We are a corrupt country. The Bishop of Gozo should raise this issue again. He was the only person from the highest authorities to have the guts to stand up and speak up.
