No evidence published by the IDF that Anas al-Sharif was a Hamas terrorist except for photo with Yahwa al-Sinwar and recreation of digital documents

The IDF has published a profile of the Al-Jazeera journalist it killed yesterday, Anas al-Sharif, allegedly proving that he was a Hamas terrorist. The proof provided however consists of a digital recreation of supposedly original documents that the IDF found in Gaza. The recreated digital document says that Anas al-Sharif was injured during military training in 2017.

The recreated digital documents can be found here.

The only authentic document that the IDF published purportedly proving that Anas al-Sharif was a Hamas terrorist is a photo of him with Yahwa al-Sinwar and other Hamas officials. However, many journalists who have worked in Gaza have photos with Hamas leaders and officials and this photo opportunity, which was regularly made in Gaza due to the high-profile nature of the individuals in question, does not necessarily serve as any evidence of Hamas or association.

Israel has killed more than 200 journalists and media workers in Gaza, the West Bank and Lebanon since October 7th 2023 and accuses many of these journalists of being Hamas members. In most of the cases, Israel has failed to bring convincing evidence or any evidence at all about its accusations.

While I do not condone in any way Israels actions in Gaza please note that the Palestinian Authority also shut down Al-Jazeera reporting.

This seems to be very confusing to me personally as an outsider. Perhaps your paper can shed light on the internal struggles between Palestinians themselves?
