SiGMA, the iGaming events company behind the annual SiGMA World circuit, is holding SiGMA Euro-Med in Malta from 1–3 September 2025 at the Mediterranean Maritime Hub (MMH) in Marsa.
The group’s flagship European show has been moved to Rome as “SiGMA Central Europe,” 3–6 November 2025, at Fiera Roma (conference/expo days run 4–6 Nov). The CEO Emily Micallef has said the main event could return to Malta if local infrastructure improves.
Last year’s Malta edition drew up to 27,000 delegates and caused major traffic gridlock around Marsa. This year’s Malta event is smaller, with attendance projected at 12,000 people and less than half of last year.
Sadly, the satire that once accompanied the main event seems to have left the country with it.
