You can really tell the fraudsters and the grifters in the Labour Party by pinpointing out its pip-squeaks who relentlessly defend the Labour government and its corrupt politicians while simultaneously praising Dom Mintoff. As the Fortina scandal is unfolding, it is a good time to point out that Dom Mintoff collapsed the Labour government of 1998 not over a corrupt multi-million Euro deal, but simply over public access to Birgu’s shoreline.
There’s a very strong correlation between grifters and praise for Mintoff as can be easily highlighted with the case of Daniel Attard. Many of them don’t have any morals or principles and they will just say anything that supposedly serves the Party’s line. Even the Labour youth is out defending the worse of Labour. Nothing makes any sense in Labour. The narrative and the dicussions has been taken over by grifters, fools, opportunists and outright organised criminals.
The Labour Party can not be redeemed while it is government because there is too much grift, narcissism and opportunism. Once Labour loses power, the reckoning can begun and the potential for introspection, reflection and reform opens up.
