Here’s the document from Dubai proving that Adnan Ahmadzada owns Oilmar

Press sources are stating that Adnan Ahmadzada‘s company Oilmar is being bought by the management after Adnan Ahmadzada was arrested on charges relating to oil fraud. Oilmar is one of the companies that Adnan Ahmadzada owns along with Alkagesta. His ownership of Oilmar is hidden beneath various shell companies and different representatives that front him. He once told a journalist not to investigate the company because it is his.

Oilmar is registered in the United Arab Emirates and was registered by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority. Documents clearly show that Adnan Ahmadzada is the owner. You can find the original certificate document here.

Oilmar seems to be a very similar company to Alkagesta, with bunkering capabilities and a well sourced trading-desk. The company deals in oil and is based in the United Arab Emirates where trading in Russian products including oil is still allowed as long as it doesn’t exceed the EU-imposed price-cap.
