In a statement made earlier today, US President Donald Trump has urged Hamas to stop killing civilians and threatened them with death if they continued with their purges. His threat came after a statement by CENTCOM urging Hamas to do the same.
Hamas has claimed that it is purging Israeli-collaborators, but is instead hunting down families and dissidents that oppose its rule. The Palestinian gang in Gaza that collaborated with the Israelis is the the gang led by Yasser Abu Shabab who keeps uploading images and videos of himself and his gang looking unscathed.
Hamas is expected to disarm and handover administration but there is no sign that Hamas is giving up power or even disarming.
Israel has also conducted a drone strike in the south of Gaza claiming two casualties. There were no other reports of casualties today in Gaza. However recent reports state that Israel has started an air-bombing campaign in southern Lebanon targeting Hezbollah. Hezbollah lost a war against Israel, and is also expected to disarm but has made no public efforts to do so so far.
