Clayton Bartolo, the disgraced ex-Minister for Tourism wants his comeback in the Cabinet after the Standards Commissioner absolved him over his wedding at Manoel Island for which he paid for with an unusual single payment. His canvassers all over the his online social media profiles are supporting him and hinting at his return.
There’s going to be a lot of disinformation coming from Labour about Clayton Bartolo in the coming weeks as the Labour Party will try to absolve Clayton Bartolo and make us forget the reasons why he was fired from his Cabinet post. Clayton Bartolo was fired for fraud and nepotism after he facilitated a government contract to his new wife, Amanda Muscat. They also opened a new café in Naxxar while Amanda Muscat received the government contract. The Police were also expected to file charges against Clayton Bartolo for the fraudulent contract.
Apparently, the wedding may also have been short-lived because Amanda Muscat and Clayton Bartolo may no longer be together following the public scandal. We could confirm they spent some time separated following the scandal and we can not confirm whether they are back together. Apparently, there may be no more golden memories in Dubai.
