President Trump is putting renewed pressure on President Zelensky after he accused him of attacking Vladimir Putin’s residence just after President Zelensky met President Trump at Mar-a-Lago0. The Russians claimed that the Ukrainians launched a drone attack at Vladimir Putin’s residence in Valdai, in the Novgorod region.
Putin’s Valdai residence is one of the many properties that the Russian President has acquired throughout his rule in Russia. There is no evidence the attack took place.
Meanwhile, as President Trump bickered over what the Russians have told him, Russia launched up to 60 missiles and drones at Kyiv and other cities earlier today as it continues to pressure Ukraine to sign a capitulation agreement and cede lost territories. Meanwhile, Russia has also positioned the Oreshnik missile system in Belarus after already using Belarus to launch drones at Ukraine and also neighbouring European countries.
President Trump made his comments during a press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu before their meeting in Mar-a-Lago. Following the meeting, President Trump once again urged Hamas to disarm and praised Israel for adhering to the ceasefire agreement. Hamas is still refusing to disarm while Israel still occasionally bombs Gaza. President Trump also praised Turkey’s President Tayyip Erdogan on his talks with Israel about Syria.
