This is Frankie Grima’s boathouse, a notorious drug trafficker with multiple catering establishments around Malta. He purchased his boathouse from a “Bartolo” but we have not confirmed if this is a relative of disgraced ex-Minister Clayton Bartolo. Armier has become a cove of illegalities where boathouses are assets for money-laundering purposes.
Frankie Grima has several enforcement notices with regard to his room in Armier. The Police also visited him once on-site after a complaint by a neighbour about threats. You can see Frankie Grima in the footage below and the police in the picture below are visiting the nieghbour.
