There’s finally some good news about third-parties in Malta with Momentum and ADPD currently discussing coalition-options together for the next general election. The discussions follow a resolution approved at Momentum’s Annual General Meeting to form a broad coalition alliance.
Knowing the situation very well, I fully blame Arnold Cassola for the division in third-parties notably between ADPD and Momentum. Arnold Cassola is a veteran politician who should have known better before creating this unnecessary split. Hopefully, reason will prevail and Arnold Cassola drops his ego to create a functioning and effective coalition with Sandra Gauci. Both parties should ensure to strategically achieve some east in Parliament during the next election. Hopefully ego does not get in the way.
