The photos of the Dom and Astrid Mintoff were developed at a Tumas Group shop

A very interesting fact which I have also confirmed regarding the story and scandal about the blackmail story of Lorry Sant’s photos of Astrid and Dom Mintoff, is that the the photos were developed at a Tumas Group photography shop called 3M previously situated in Qormi area.

Back then the photographic laboratory was run by Ray Fenech and Anthony (Ninu) Fenech. Negatives of the photos still exist according to sources familiar with Tumas Group.

Tumas Group had extensive and close relations with Labour government including with Lorry Sant who was an important figure for developers as the Minister of Infrastructure and Planning.

    But Tumas also benefitted greatly from PN governments. Just saying. But yes a very interesting detail re where the photos were developed.
