Russia strikes 17-century UNESCO building in the heart of Lviv

 

Earlier today Russia launched a drone attack on the region and city of Lviv. Drones struck the heart of the city including the Bernardine Church and Monastery complex which is a 17th century UNESCO World Heritage Site. At least four people have been wounded in the attack. Drones also struck power plants and infrastructure in Komarnivska and Dobrosynsko-Maherivska in the Lviv region.

Drones have also struck Kyiv and other cities including Dnipro.

Russia strikes Ukrainian civilians and infrastructure with drones and missiles on a daily basis.

Meanwhile, talks have been ongoing in Washington between the US-Moscow delegation and the Ukrainian delegation with the US continuing to push Russia’s demands to Ukraine to cede the Donbas region.
