Joseph Muscat’s friends are still well-embedded in the Labour Party and the government to influence planning policy apart from defending his interests. The same architects of the original Jungle Rules planning and construction policy are making a strong comeback with the Party namely with the election nomination of Deborah Schembri.
She is being supported by Robert Musumeci – both of them were the authors of Joseph Muscat’s planning and construction industry policies.
