Why doesn’t Joseph Muscat become Labour Party leader again right away?

It’s so highly unusual that a previous party leader features so strongly in the general election campaign that Joseph Muscat is starting to look like Vladimir Putin promoting his little and intoxicated Medvedev-like puppet. Two things are basically happening here.

The Labour Party is rehabilitating Joseph Muscat and effectively white-washing his past, implying he has done nothing wrong and setting a horrible example for future generations. Secondly, the Labour Party is giving enough space for Joseph Muscat that the Party is authentically admitting and showcasing Joseph Musca’s still existing overwhelming influence in the party.

Whatโ€™s the point of having Robert Abela as party leader if his predecessor is still bigger than him in both influence and presence, to the extent that he still needs his approval and support during a general election campaign?

Joseph Muscat is gleefully happy because the Prime Minister now owes him even more reassurances that he will not end up in jail.

    Malta Needs a Huge Change!

Perhaps il-Bobby, if the PL is re-elected, will exit the leadership of the PL, say by end of June of next year, and the reins will be passed on to another Joseph Muscat accolyte – Dr Ian Borg would be the most favourable candidate for this.

And all the fraud, and all the other types of crime committed by the Malta Taghna Lkoll and L-Aqwa Zmien architects will be erased – as if never in existence.

    Maltese People – do something!
