Sadly, there is a deeply lacking sense of critical thinking right now in politics as Labour controls most of the information space and the press. Thanks to the grifter Omar Rababah, the Labour Party has falsely projected itself as a progressive and tolerant entity, while simultaneously the Labour Party is opposing the construction of a new mosque in Malta.
The victimisation campaign with regards to Omar Rababah was efficiently manufactured as a propaganda campaign by the Labour Party to project a fake image of inclusiveness within its party. It’s all just propaganda with no substance. The Labour Party can make many statements and acts of virtuousness, but ultimately lacks the substantiative action which validates all this propaganda.
After it all, this was obvious. If Labour wanted to genuinely express its progressive credentials, not only would have turned the mosque application as a non-issue, allowing its construction without hindrance, it would have actually ensured to propose progressive policies such as the decriminalisation of abortion. The only political party proposing the decriminalsiation is ADPD.
Only grifters and outright opportunists would knowingly jump on the bandwagon of a political party with a history of corruption and criminal conspiracy, and this is why Omar Rababah’s candidacy with Labour should have raised red flags. Islam is being used as a political prop for political convenience and this is very clear.
