Despite the Labour Party pretending to be a progressive and left-wing party in favour of tolerance and inclusivity, even roping in grifters like Omar Rababah to manufacture some fake outrage and even more grift to exhibit itself as an inclusive party, the Prime Minister has repeatedly insisted throughout the general election campaign that he is against the construction of a new Mosque in Malta.
The Nationalsit Party Leader Alex Borg has also repeatedly made the same point justifying his position by saying that he comes from a Christian-democrat party.
So, suddenly, we are all accepting Islamophobia by the major political parties? So much for the Omar Rbabah grift.
There’s nothing wrong with the construction of a new Mosque and if anything it would be a beautiful addition to the Maltese architectural landscape among the horrible, cement-brick crap buildings being constructed right now.
Make them build it with Maltese stone and not with concrete so that the Mosque becomes more magnificent. I can’t wait to visit a new Mosque in Malta to experience something architectonically different.
It’s ridiculous that we find it offensive for Muslims to have their places of worship in Malta. I also find it ridiculous that we can’t have Qurans in school? Shouldn’t schools actually teach you about religious texts in an objective and historical matter?
