Peter Fenech has led the Chamber of Lawyers into its most disgraceful moment in history by striking on the basis of a lie. By conducting today’s circus, Peter Fenech has outed himself as a total fraud aiding and abetting Yorgen Fenech with a total lie.
We have already confirmed with the MSS that no interceptions have taken place by the MSS in prison between Yorgen and his lawyers. However, allow me to explain how this event could have never even happened in the first place.
All interceptions by the MSS require the signature and permission of the Minister of Interior, which in this particular case, was Minister Byron Camilleri.
The government and the Courts have made a massive campaign against me for publishing Yorgen Fenech’s chats on the pretense that I am compromising Yorgen Fenech’s trial.
Do you really think that Minister Byron Camilleri would have signed off such a compromising interception? Byron Camilleri is a lawyer himself.
I have known Byron Camilleri for more than 20 years. He is incompetent and unfit for purpose, but he would have been the last person in Malta to sign off such an order. It never happened.
Shame on you Peter Fenech. I bet you had your satisfying moment today as you bullied your way to Court to whip other lawyers into your shameful fraud.
