Judge Antonio Mizzi went to Vietnam during the MCAST investigation time-window

You may have read the article about Judge Antonio Mizzi, who has been appointed by the government to conduct an internal investigation over the use of internet by Mafia member Adrian Agius (Tal-Maksar). Judge Antonio Mizzi was on holiday in Spain when he was appointed to conduct this inquiry.

Last year, the Judge was appointed to conduct an investigation on the MCAST fraud by Francine Farrugia. The inquiry was appointed on August and had a time period of six weeks. The investigation was further extended and took 8 months to complete. It was never published.

Well, now we know why the investigation took so long to complete. The Judge went to Vietnam during the time when he was supposedly conducting his investigation. These photos were uploaded on Facebook in October 2025.

The investigation was not complete when he travelled on holiday and this is the reason why it took much longer to complete than the original time-period allotted to him.
