Was there an attempt by the Judiciary to save the hitmen who killed Daphne Caruana Galizia

During his testimony in court today, Melvin Theuma made a very serious statement, saying that Judge Consuelo Scerri Herrera told him that the Degiorgio brothers were likely to get bail.

Melvin Theuma said that the judge told him this because she is the neighbour of the father of the partner of his partner’s daughter, who has a farmhouse next to her house.

Incumbent Prime Minister Robert Abela tried to make Judge Consuelo Scerri Herrera Chief Justice.

Separately, Melvin Theuma said that the Degiorgio Brothers, who are currently in jail for executing the hit on Daphne Caruana Galizia, spoke very favourably of Judge Antonio Mizzi and wanted to have their bail application filed before him so as to be able to get the bail. They planned to leave the islands once they were granted bail.

Judge Antonio Mizzi is often used by the Labour government to cover up its scandalous by appointing him to conduct its inquiries.

Melvin Theuma’s statements today, which were made under oath, are very serious and merit an investigation. Judge Consuelo Scerri Herrera can’t seriously expect to go to work tomorrow as if nothing has happened.

    Mark …I’ve been asking this question for ages but never got an answer.

    The Mizzi’s own a villa near Fort Lauterdale in Florida. When did they buy this villa ? How was it paid ?

      Obviously, because this is a joke of a country run by incompetent and corrupt elites, given the blessing by an incredibly ignorant people, to a great extent willfully so.

      A country almost as silly as the idea of replying to myself.
