Joseph Muscat discussed politics with Yorgen Fenech (and they both hated Chris Fearne)

The disgraced ex-Prime Minister Joseph Muscat didn’t just discuss private business with Yorgen Fenech, just as we have seen in the example where Joseph Muscat was brokering the sale of Electrogas shares to Enel.

Joseph Muscat also discussed politics with Yorgen Fenech, and Yorgen Fenech openly declared his support for Konrad Mizzi as a replacement for Joseph Muscat to Joseph Muscat. Joseph Muscat pushed to make Konrad Mizzi Deputy Leader of the Labour Party, but Mizzi had to resign from his post soon after he was elected to the post following the revelations of the Panama Papers.

Yorgen Fenech hated Chris Fearne with a passion – and so did Joseph Muscat. Both of them knew that Chris Fearne was not going to protect Joseph Muscat from the authorities, and this is why Joseph Muscat made a devil’s pact with Robert Abela to anoint him as leader and his successor.

Note that it is yet unclear what the article was that Joseph Muscat shared with Yorgen Fenech, but it is very clear that it’s about politics.
