Celebrating the Fort Chambray concession at MedAsia

Last Friday, the private developers of Fort Chambray, who were recently gifted the whole fort (basically for free), were out celebrating their magnificent deal. Oliver Brownrigg and Vincent Borg were dining with Matthew and Silvan Fenech of Tumas Group at Tinge Point at the Tora Tora Restaurant.

After dining and wining to their satisfaction, the merry party went to Medasia for drinks and more merriment, where they bought at least twelve bottles of champagne, which they shared with other strangers

It feels like the Best of Times are back, or they have never left. They are not only admitting their corruption and rent-seeking. They are even celebrating it.

Note, that PN MP Alex Borg lied in writing and in public as he justrified the government’s concession to these people.
