Hamas in Gaza has been killing dissidents and critics under the cover of war, and the number of murdered Palestinians by Hamas since October 7th is still unclear.
Reports recently came out that Gazan engineer Mahmoud Al-Jazzar was kidnapped and murdered by Hamas last week. He was abducted, tortured and shot dead in the Al-Mawasi camp area where hundreds of thousands of Gazans are currently living in tents. Mahmoud Al-Jazzar was killed for a Facebook post that said: “This person (Yahwa Al-Sinwar) was supposed to be released from prison and admitted to a rehab centre for treatment, not to rule over 2.5 million people.”
Most Gazans are dissatisfied with the Hamas leadership for bringing them into a suicidal war with Israel that currently has no end in sight as both sides refuse to sign a deal over the last remaining Israeli hostages in Gaza.
No international organisation has yet condemned Hamas for this murder.
