Hamas abducts and tortures journalist in Gaza

A journalist in Gaza, Omar Abd Rabu in Al-Nuseirat, was abducted by Hamas yesterday night and tortured and beaten for his criticism against the terrorist group. The Al-Qassam Brigades also confiscated his phone and destroyed his ID card. Hamas are known to publicly break the limbs of people they considered as criminals and thieves and publicly execute “traitors”.

Omar Abd Rabu in Al-Nuseirat has been  regular critic of Hamas throughout the war and kept writing despite constant threats against by Hamas operatives. He also reported on the looting by Hamas of humanitarian aid.

Hamas has killed up to 650 Palestinians since October 7th in retribution killings including journalists and dissidents. Dissident against Hamas in Gaza is growing. Palestinians in Gaza have also been protesting against Hamas in large numbers.

Israel retains the  largest murder rate of journalists in Gaza with more than 200 journalists killed by the IDF since the start of its war on Gaza.

    What a miserable excuse for journalism. ‘Israel retains…largest murder rate of journalists…’? Where in the world is such blatant unsubstantiated propaganda accepted as journalism? There’s a war on. A war Israel didn’t want, and didn’t start. Then supposedly there are no journalists in Gaza, only, the next minute, to be complaining that hundreds of ‘journalists’ have been killed. You do realise that a ‘journalist’ who is a hamas militant is not a journalist? Writing ‘journalist’ on the random list of ‘casualties’ issued by Hamas, carries about as much credibility as UNRWA – none!
