Earlier this week, Yorgen Fenech was interrogated for four hours by the Police’s Financial Crimes Investigation Department. The interrogation was about his Dubai-based company called 17 Black which he allegedly used to send bribes to Keith Schembri, Konrad Mizzi and Joseph Muscat over the corrupt Electrogas project.
The interrogation was related to a Magisterial Inquiry on the Electrogas project, which is said to have been conclusive. Other suspects implicated in the case include Keith Schembri, Konrad Mizzi, Mark Gasan and Paul Apap Bologna.
