Up to 95 casualties in Valencia province due to floods: EU pledges reconstruction aid

Up to 95 casualties have been reported due to flooding in Valencia province, with dozens still missing. Spain has declared a three-day national mourning, and the EU has pledged reconstruction aid after assisting the Spanish government with its Copernicus satellite system to help in the ongoing rescue missions.
