Israel has escalated its war in Lebanon over the past few weeks by razing entire villages to the ground, as multiple investigations have shown. The Israeli Defense Forces are also recording this activity.
Villages that have been demolished in the southern Lebanese border with Israel included Meis al-Jabal, Ayta Ash Shaab, Dhayra where the destruction of a mosque was also filmed, and Mhaibib which had most of its buildings demolished.
Earlier during the night Israel also bombed targets next to the Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport.
Israel has taken over most of Lebanon’s southern border and its forces have reached the limits of Bint Jbeil with the backing of an air-force that is conducting up to 100 airstrikes in Lebanon every day.
