New US Ambassador to Israel believes Palestine should not exist

Incoming US President Donald Trump is to appoint former governor Mike Huckabee as US Ambassador to Israel. A extreme Christian Zionist, Mike Huckabee believes that Palestine should not exist and what remains of the West Bank should be annexed by Israel.

His daughter, Sarah Huckabee Sanders was the previous White House Press Secretary for President Donald Trump. She is now the Governor of Arkansas following the footsteps of her father.

Following Donald Trump’s victory in the US Presidential elections, the Israeli government has announced plans to begin the formal annexation of the West Bank. The new Israeli Ambassador to the US, Yechiel Leiter is also a settler who believes that Palestine should not exist.
