Yesterday, at the fundraising marathon by the Labour Party, ex-Premier Joseph Muscat made a surprise (online) appearance for ten minutes and told his listeners that he is representing all the Labourites who “are hurt and abandoned” and that he is looking forward to see the Labour Party improve and implement its electoral manifesto.
Currently, the Labour Party is trying to avoid Joseph Muscat and his grifting supporters like Manuel Cuschieri and Jason Micallef having them appear on ONE. Somehow, and finally, after the European Parliament elections, Prime Minister Robert Abela realised that the Party’s association with Joseph Muscat is crippling. An exception has been made for a fundraising event. However, Jason Micallef and Manuel Cuschieri are constantly pressuring the party and its new administration to have Joseph Muscat on ONE, and I’m pretty sure that, given the regular lobbying that is taking place on behalf of Joseph Muscat by his criminal faction, there was a a lot of pressure to have him on at the event.
Joseph Muscat is now seeking a way back into the Labour Party to become officially politically active again, aiming to secure some form of legal protection by returning to Parliament, as he grows increasingly desperate with limited options left to evade justice.
The Labour Party raised more than €700,000 during its event.
