Maltese MEP David Casa condemns Israel’s mass killing of journalists in Gaza

Member of the European Parliament, David Casa has condemned Israel’s mass killings of journalists  in Gaza. Israel has killed many journalists in Gaza and Lebanon since its invasion of Gaza with many of them being targeted deliberately. The Committee to Protest Journalists estimates that up to 141 journalists and media workers were killed in Gaza as of this month.

David Casa is a member of the European People’s Party and also a PN member. The EPP group refused to answer questions about the killing of journalists in Gaza during a meeting it held with the Daphne Caruana Galizia Foundation in Malta last month. It is understood that David Casa’s position is separate from the official position of the EPP.
