Apparently, political discussions in Maltese television on Friday night have been moved from the Public Broadcaster, (Television Malta) to Super ONE.
The administration, editors and executives at the Public Broadcasting Services and Television Malta should be made to explain why they have decided to dumb down their content on Friday night so that now, Labour can monopolise the political televised debate during this prime slot.
It’s not as if anyone actually watches Saviour Balzan’s lame programmes on Television Malta. Xarabank was the last political discussion programme on Teleivision Malta and it was axed by Labour because they couldn’t control it. Now, the Labour Party is reviving political debate programmes because it has realised that most of the Maltese, don’t consume its propaganda as the Labour supporters cheering for Yorgen Fenech do.
I suppose that this is also part of the Labour Party’s plan to axe Joseph Muscat’s minions from its television station to replace them with something “better”. Note, that the presenter (obviously a Labour Party supporter), is an executive with a public entity. His son, was also a Labour Party election candidate.
