President Zelensky and President Trump to sign Minerals Rights Deal today

Reuters is reporting that President Zelensky and President Trump are set to sign the controversial minerals rights deal later today. Earlier today President Zelensky reiterated his commitment to sign a deal with the United States.  The announcement came after a series of meetings and discussions between President Zelensky and European leaders over security guarantees for Ukraine. The United States is not offering security guarantees with the minerals rights deal it is offering Ukraine. President Trump also halted weapons aid to Ukraine.
