Israel bombs Hama Military Airport, enters Nawa and gets ambushed

As of earlier this morning, Israel continued its military campaign and illegal invasion of Syria, but its plans were thwarted after the Syrian Army ambushed the Israeli Defence Forces in the forests of the outskirts of Nawa in the western part of Daraa. A large convoy of Israeli vehicles was hit by the Syrian military which was mobilised with its regular Toyota trucks.

Israel’s incursion into Nawa followed a heavy airstrike against the Hama Air Base destroying all Syrian military jets in the base in the process. Another Israeli airstrike was conducted on the Tiyas Air Base (T4). Israel has attacked many Syrian military sites unprovoked as it conducted an illegal occupation of the south of Syria.

Turkish air defences are set to arrive at Tiyas Air Base according to unconfirmed press reports, but the reports that the Turkish military convoys were on their way to the Syrian military bases were confirmed. There’s only confirmation that Israel struck Syria’s old military jets so far.
