US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth was planning to miss the next Ramstein Group meeting as part of US plans to withdraw its presence in Europe and support for Ukraine.

This is not the first time that Chinese troops have been discovered fighting in Ukraine. Tens of thousands of North Korean soldiers also joined the Russians in their fight in Kursk and some of them also crossed into Ukraine.
