Russia launches one of its biggest air attacks against Kyiv on its 1543rd anniversary

Russia has launched one of its biggest ever air attacks against the city of Kyiv with more than 200 drones and up to six ballistic missiles in one night. The attacks come on the day when Ukraine celebrates the 1543rd anniversary of Kyiv’s foundation.

Attacks on Kyiv have escalated ever since President Donald Trump told Russian President Vladimir Putin to stop his attacks on civilians and cities. At least 8 people have been killed as a result of the attacks.

Other cities were also attacked including, Odessa, Kryvyi Rih Kharkiv and other cities outside Kyiv such as Brovary. Ballistic missiles were also launched at Pavlohrad and Lozova.

Meanwhile, the Russian Army is massing troops to make another attempt to take over the city of Pokrovosk in the east after multiple failed attempts to storm it.
