Protests in Tel Aviv as Israel continues its genocide in Gaza

Protesters in Tel Aviv gathered at Begin Gate to once again protest against the genocidal war in Gaza. Banners demanding the release of the remaining Israeli hostages in Gaza were displayed, but protesters also lined up to display photos of the Palestinian children that were killed in Gaza.

These kind of protests have become regular in Tel Aviv during the weekend. Protests in Gaza against Hamas were also renewed in the past week.

Israel has conducted at least 20 airstrikes during the weekend in Gaza so far, killing dozens of people, hitting areas across Gaza including the area of the European Hospital, and killing dozens of people including nine children.

Meanwhile, the activity of illegal settlers in the West Bank is also increasing with up to 200 Palestinians being deported from their village just days ago. A diplomatic delegation that included EU diplomats was shot at by the IDF last week. Europe is finally planning to raise the pressure on Israel to stop its massacre in Gaza, but tangible decisions still need to be taken.
