US Department of Defense promotes Russian flag on US National Flag Day

On the day commemorating National Flag Day, the US Department of Defense issued a statement showcasing two Russian flags. The statement and the picture have been online for more than 11 hours, suggesting that it is intentional and not a mistake.

Recently, US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth appointed Kingsley Wilson as his press secretary. Kignsley Wilson is a big fan of Vladimir Putin and openly hates Ukraine. She used to make regular statements in support of Russia and against Ukraine.

The US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has consistently reiterated that he does not support Ukraine in this war and instead supports President Trump in his plan to bring “peace” and “stop the killing”.
