Iran launched more than 300 ballistic missiles at Israel since Friday night after Israel destroyed Iran’s nuclear military programme and killed its top military command and nuclear scientists.
Meanwhile, Israel continued hitting Iran’s military targets over the weekend, including its airforce bases and air defence systems. Israel also bombed targets in the city of Tehran yesterday.
Most of Iran’s missiles were intercepted by Israel’s air defence systems, Jordan, the United States and the United Kingdom. Iraq helped Iran intercept Israeli drones jets.
Some of Iran’s ballistic missiles were not intercepted and landed in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Bat Yam, and Rishon LeZion killing up to 14 people and injuring hundreds. Dozens are still missing.
Israeli Premier Benjamin Netanyahu urged Iranians to rise up against their government while Israel bombed Iranian targets.
Life in Tel Aviv continues at its normal pace.
