3514 Capital has changed its name to Kairos Capital Limited. The change follows our revelations about the company being in an undisclosed partnership with Joseph Muscat who enabled the company buy the Bank of Valletta junk-loan portfolio. The company is collecting bad debts in cash and cashing the money at Fexserv.
3514 Capital denied these accusations. Kairos Capital did not make a public statement about their name change.
3514 Capital is also official a partnership with DF Advocates and Kevin Deguara. The purchase of the BOV portfolio was made through their SICAV called Iridium which was jointly owned by DF Advocates and Christopher Vella of 3514 Capital, now Kairos Capital.
Kevin Deguara recently became the President of Saint Patrick’s FC Football Club before a new planned road was announced linking Cottonera Gate and Smart City. Kevin Deguara was also involved in the Smart City project during Joseph Muscat’s administration.
