Industrial production keeps ticking upward in Europe

According to the latest Eurostat figures, Industrial production in Europe is still on an inclining trend after having dipped last year and dipping once again shortly in April of this year. Industrial production in May increased by up to %1.7 in the Euro area and by 1.5% in the EU . In April, industrial production fell by 2.2% in the Euro area and 1.6% in the EU.

Industrial production in May in the Euro area was 3.7% higher and 3.4% higher in the EU compared to the same month of last year.

Industrial production is also rising in Malta, after also having dipped in April.
