Who are the Nationalist Party MPs supporting to become their next party leader?

UPDATED: Ivan Castillo denied he is supporting any of the contenders following the publication of this article. Other MPs seem to be doing the same in what seems to be a coordinated campaign of denial.

During the ongoing election campaign for the leadership of the Nationalist Party, The Maltese Herald has been working to get confirmations on which candidate each the Nationalist MP is supporting to beelected their party leader. We have managed to conclude this list after some MPs seemed to be undecided while others changed their preference during the course of the campaign. Alex Borg seems to be in the lead with the MP count with up to 18 MPs backing his bid. Alex Borg’s supporters are the following:

With reference to your article, I am surprised how you reach your conclusion that I am supporting one candidate or another! I have not expressed my opinion whatsoever. One can check my fb or other platforms. Our party members are able to reach their own opinion. I look forward to work with whoever is elected. Hope this clarifies and take note !
